  BRIO Technology currently is equipped with 18 fully automated high-precision SMT lines (8 lines in Beijing facility and 10 lines in Shanghai facility). State-of-the-arts equipment such as Panasonic CM202/CM88/CM301/CM20/BM123/BM221, JUKI, Samsung, PANASERT, TDK and Universal, enable BRIO to place 0201 micro chip components and others that require high precision. BRIO is also equipped with advanced inspection and test instruments such as AOI, ICT, Flying Probe and Inspection Station that enable us to meet any requirements from prototyping and pre-production to mass production. In December 2000, BRIO was the first company in China who pioneered a pilot run of lead-free production, and by October, BRIO had successfully conducted lead-free technology for mass production. Today, products exported to Japan all use lead-free technology. Products manufactured in BRIO include Consumer Electronics Appliances, Automotive Electronics, Medical Devices, Telecommunication, Automated Control Instrument, etc. BRIO engineers and technicians have been well trained in the USA, Germany, Japan, and Singapore, and have gained extensive experience in production and manufacturing processes.
