BRIO has always strived to offer its customers value-added services. We treat our customers’ needs as our own needs. Since we have learned tremendously through working experiences with multi-national companies from the USA, Japan, and European countries, Brio has formed its own management philosophy based on the integration of their sophisticated management style. Japanese quality management style is particularly embraced by Brio for mass production management. Brio put a strong emphasis on Continuous Improvement Methodology to keep the plant abreast with the constant development in EMS. We will always learn from the others, adopt 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma quality systems combining with state-of-the-art equipment for continuous improvement within the entire operation.
Research & Design Department
To facilitate its customers with new product introduction(NPI), BRIO has one small facility consisting of sophisticated engineers specifically dedicated to product design to allow seamless transition from new product introduction to proto-type/ pre-production. BRIO has successfully completed a wide number of R&D projects for its customers and NPI processes, which included a very difficult R&D project for the United Nations. This was successfully completed at BRIO with high first time pass yields, resulting in BRIO being honored with high reputation for this huge success.

BRIO Technology’s management team have been well-educated, and have received further extensive training from such countries as the USA, Japan, Germany, and Singapore in areas of Manufacturing/Production Management, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, etc. |
