The company has newly equipped with ten full-automatic high-precision  SMT production lines( 8 lines in Beijing branch and 8 lines in Shanghai branch),taking international first-class Japan Panasonic CM202/CM88/CM301/CM20 high-speed and high-precision chip production line as the main force machine and equipping with over 80 large-scale sets of equipment, such as: Japan JUKI advanced high-accuracy chip production line, South Korea Samsung high-accuracy chip production line, Japan PANASERT, TDK and U.S.A. Universal inserter. The equipment, with high precision and strong throughput, can be applied to 0201 microminiaturized chip component and high precision apparatus assembled by international advanced unleaded solder technology. The company is equipped with auxiliary quality control equipment: such as AOI, needle type and neilsbed type online testing instrument. If matching several production lines of inserting, solder and debug, Soltec,Epm and JT wave crest solder machine, it can finish the various requirements of volume-production of products. The company commits itself to the application of unleaded environmental protection technology. In December of 2000, the company applied unleaded technology into the small batch production in the domestic firstly. Then it entered the unleaded batch production in October of 2002. All products that were exported to Japan in March of 2004 were unleaded. The company possesses engineers and technicians who have experience of large-scale batch production. The main personnel received professional technology training in U.S.A , Japan and Singapore, having rich experience of production and management.
