We still remember in the past, the old facility was situated among the wheat filed. Now,
the previous site is taken up by blocks of beautiful apartment buildings. Brio is now located in
Brio Building, a modern 8-floor facility. In the past decade, every track of our growth is so
clear to us. The great changes impress everyone. Looking into future, we believe Brio will
develop faster and stronger ！
Goals：
Brio will be listed among the top 10 of Chinese EMS industry and top 30 of world EMS
industry. Brio will be built as an internationally competent enterprise, leading our
counterparts in China！
Strategies：
We have decided the prosperity of Brio relies on mastering and utilizing advanced
technology. By increasing investment on technology development center and deepening cooperation
with all resources, we will strive to develop our technology. With core technologies, we will
have technological advantages on unique products. We will build up a regulated management system
and set up Brio branches inside and outside China. With offices and facilities in China, North
America and European, we will form a global marketing system.
Detailed Plans：
一、Based on Chinese market, we will try to expand the global market；
二、We will adjust our organization structure to absorb fund from multiple sources and be a
listed company；
三、By providing ODM/EMS services, we will do mass production on telecommunication products,
panel display parts, RFID and new green products；
四、We will solidify our high quality service system to assist our clients in improving
value of their products；
五、We will establish a competent HR system and form a long term stimulation mechanics；
六、We will increase investment on research to improve our ability in new technology and new
product development .
