Ten Years—— Beginning of a Great Cause

How time flies! It’s the 10th anniversary of Brio. After ten years of endeavor, we are now at the
forefront of EMS industry, where competition is so fierce.
Within a decade, Brio has developed from 30 employees to 1000. It has facilities and branches in Beijing,
Shanghai and Vancouver. In 2000, Brio got the certification of ISO 9000. In 2001, Brio was rewarded
“Trustworthy Enterprise” by Beijing Administration for Commerce and Industry. In 2004, Brio entered the top
20 list in Changping Branch of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Zone. The success of a company not only
means the success of the investors but also that of each individual worker. The company and employee are
interdependent.
There is an old Chinese saying, “If you want a tree grow high, you need to solidify its root; If you
want a river flow far, you need to nurture its source.” As for a company stable and sustainable development
depends on a solid basis. As for each individual, we need to implement our plans step by step. Only by doing
our job effectively, can we develop steadily and therefore achieve the ultimate dreams of life.
I am so lucky to spend 10 years together with such a vigorous company. The company is a family. As
members of the family, we need to work together to make our company stronger. Only then, can we get further
development ourselves. During my work here, I have so much feeling to express. The wisdom of leaders and
diligence of our personnel have testified the great solidarity of our family.
Brio provides a platform for us to realize our own value. It nurtures us, educates us and helps us
achieve our dreams. I believe that in the next one, two and more decades, our company will be more
prosperous, while individuals will be more successful!
Grateful for the Glory

Gratefulness is deeply rooted in our hearts. It’s a kind of attitude, beauty and emotion. With
gratefulness, we achieved so much in our career. With Gratefulness, Brio sowed its seeds; harvested hope and
created a history of prosperity and glory. Gratefully are we, appreciating trust from leaders, support from
friends and opportunities, provided by our company. Gratefully we are here with hearts close together;
feelings expressed.
An ancient saying goes, “Don’t remember what you’ve given to others; don’t forget what you’ve been
given by others”. Enjoying the happiness of harvest, Brio has never forgotten what it has received from all
sources in the past ten years. Since its establishment, Brio sticks to the belief of “Priority belongs to
our clients, who shall get superb value-added service from us.” We never hesitate in our exploration in this
industry and serving our clients whole-heartedly. For us, Clients’ acceptance is most inspiring. Their
attention is the engine of our unstoppable growth
The past decade was busy but fruitful. We have been working for the clients with sincere hearts. Brio has
established a flexible and effective management system. It has organized a creative, trustworthy team. It is
capable of providing turnkey service, which includes product design, material procurement, mounting,
assembling and delivery. Without support from all our clients, these can never be achieved. Every step made
by Brio was achieved under your care and support. With your accompany, we can perform superbly！
Retrospect in the past, we have achieve a lot; Looking into future, there are still a lot to be done
. Brio will continue to provide professional, high quality service in a responsible attitude. We will
continue to devote ourselves to make Brio the pioneer of Beijing SMT industry！
Those unforgetable Days and Nights

On June 18th, 1999, Brio was founded. Four years later, I became a member of it.
In spring of 2006, Brio moved to its new facility on the occasion of its 7th anniversary. In order to
memorize this big event, company decided to make celebrations. A documentary movie is part of the celebration
to record the history of Brio. I was in charge of the documentary movie. It took almost two month to make
plans, take videos, edit and decide final version. The most impressive thing in the whole process is that no
one complained of the boring and tiring activity while recording. On the scene of workshop, the operators
need to appear in a working state. Everyone should wear the working shirts neatly and move simultaneously.
They repeated the movements again and again until they look perfect in the video. This is what we call Brio
members, uniting as one.
Although it’s been years since we took the video, I can still recall the scenes on seeing the video.
These scenes make me refreshed with energy. I sincerely wish Brio a prosperous future.
Brio, Our Stage

On April 20th, 2001, I became a member of Beijing Brio Technology. After the entry training and study, I
got adequate knowledge of our company and became interested in what I was doing. Help from colleagues and
care from leaders made me feel so warm in this family.
As time goes by, Brio set up branches in Shanghai and Vancouver. I went southward with Brio to Shanghai.
Witnessing the development momentum, I am so confident about the future. This inspires me to work harder.
Although I have some experience, I am still worried that if I stop learning I might be left behind. Brio is
developing so fast. If I don't refresh my knowledge quick enough, I can not keep up with my company. This
feeling of urgency brings me with pressure and energy as well.
Brio provides a big stage, where everyone performs with endeavor. I believe Brio will be stronger and
stronger and every one of us can find a role to create values.
Ten Years of Brio

I still remember what the prior workshop was like. You can never imagine the equipments and the
environment. In the shabby workshop, we had only one SMT line. Outside the workshop were wild shrubs. It took
at least 20 minutes to the nearest bus stop.
At that time, I was in charge of arranging production and routine work of the workshop. Since we were at
the beginning stage, we had no past experience to learn from. With the increase of clients and production
quantity, my position required more of my ability. This became so stressful for me. With the trust and
encouragement from the leaders, I became confident again. Facilities in the prior workshop were not
satisfying. However, under the guidance of our leaders, we fought with harsh conditions and made innovations.
In fulfilling every order, we did our best to satisfy our clients.
Brio grows so fast that things have changed greatly. We moved into the new Brio Building with advanced
equipments. The warehouse itself takes a whole floor. All the information of materials and products is
managed in ERP system.
During the past decade, Brio is growing fast. Behind this fast developing speed is the wisdom and sweater
of every member of Brio. Let’s accompany Brio to welcome the more beautiful and prosperous decade！
